Delivery
and Availability
Style Bazaar delivers to the UK, Europe and
the USA.
UK Delivery
Please note that Products will only be
dispatched once payment has been accepted and Style Bazaar has been provided
with a valid billing and delivery address.
Delivery in the UK will be via Royal Mail
and must be signed for upon receipt. You bear the risk once delivery of the Products
has been signed for.
The delivery costs will be payable by the
customer at the same time that payment for the goods is taken. There are two options for delivery in
the UK:

Rapid – Item delivered by Royal
Mail next working day at a cost of £7.50
For Rapid
deliveries (UK only) your order must be placed before 1pm. If you place an order after 1pm on a
Friday it will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
·
Regular – Item delivered by
Royal Mail within 2-4 working days at a cost of £4.95
Delivery to the rest of Europe and the
USA
Items will be delivered by Royal Mail within
10-12 workings days at a cost of £16.00(excluding any duty, domestic sales tax
and customs charges the payment of which is the responsibility of the customer
and Style Bazaar will not be responsible for these).
Delivery Information
Orders received before 1pm Monday-Thursday
will be dispatched on the same day.

Ownership
and Risk
We retain ownership of all Products ordered until they have been delivered to you.
Ownership of and risk in all Products shall pass to you upon delivery.
Our
Refund Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your
purchase you may return it to Style Bazaar within 14 days of receiving it
provided that the Product has not been worn, or marked and is returned in its
original packaging and saleable condition. Given the time restrictions on requesting a return, Style
Bazaar advise customers to return the Products as soon as possible to ensure
they are received by Style Bazaar within 14 days.
We strongly advise all customers to check items
thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing
of any original packaging.
Please note that for hygiene reasons Style
Bazaar does not accept returns of swim wear, lingerie or earrings.
If you are returning an item because the
size was not suitable, then please note that Style Bazaar will give you a full
refund (if appropriate) for the return item and you will then need to place a
fresh order for the alternative sized item.
If you wish to return a Product please
email Style Bazaar at returns@style-bazaar.com
with details of the Produt to be returned and your contact details. On receipt of your email we will
forward you our postal address to return the Product to.
Once we receive the Product back, we will
confirm whether or not a refund in full can be given, contact you to let you
know we have received the Product and process the refund (if appropriate). Please note that in can sometimes take
up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed and the money credited to
your account.
Please
note that all delivery costs (both for initial delivery of the items and for
their return, including sales taxes and customs duties) paid by the customer
are non-refundable.
Style
Bazaar does not accept any responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in
the post.
Cancellation
or Damage
If you receive a Product which is faulty or damaged please notify us
immediately by email to returns@style-bazaar.com
and we shall make arrangements for you to return the relevant Product to us.
Upon receipt of the Product, we will
examine it to see if it is faulty or damaged. We may, as we think appropriate,
either credit you with an appropriate sum in respect of the Product or we shall
(subject to availability) repair it or send you a replacement Product. This
does not affect your statutory rights.
